Customer has 2 opening days to declar an issue
Enviro will feedback within 2 opening days with appropriated solution
– If DOA, customer has 14 days to sent back product in reception condition (original packaging, accessories, no marks that could generate product technical issue)
– DOA to be validated if above conditions are all fullfiled
– After sales warranty
– Gold = 12 mothns
– Silver RR (Repair Refurb) = 6 months (can be extended to 12 months)
