Who collects your Personal Data?

Enviro Services France, a French société par actions simplifiée, with registered capital of €50,000, listed with the RCS of Lille Métropole under No. 831 455 563 and whose registered offices are located at 391, avenue Clément Ader – 59118 Wambrechies (France), makes the Site accessible under the domain name, www.enviroservices.fr, and its variations.

In the context of providing services associated with the Site, Enviro Services France, is responsible for processing Personal Data, in compliance with the GDPR, the purposes of which are detailed in this Policy and, including, mainly: customer management (including managing contractual relations, orders, delivery, invoices, accounting and tracking) and, more generally, the management of operations enabling it to communicate with users of the Site, as well as the provision of features required to browse on the Site.

What Personal Data is collected?

Personal Data entered by the user

This is Personal Data entered directly by you, when creating your account on the Site, modifying your profile on the Site, and/or during interactions with our Customer Service.

Whether or not the following data you are asked to enter is mandatory or optional is indicated to you when it is collected: title, last name, first name, shipping address, billing address, email address, password, telephone number, company.

Some of this data is required so that you can receive our services. If it is not filled out by you, you will not be able to order services on the Site.

What are the rules applicable to the retention of your personal data?

Collection date

We collect Personal Data that you provide us, particularly when:

– you create your “My account” customer account,

– you place an order on the Site,

– you browse on our Site,

– you contact our Customer Service,

– you contact an advisor.

Data retention times

Your Personal Data associated with your account on the Site is retained for a period of 3 years starting from your last activity on the Site or 3 years after your last order. After that time period, your account is considered “inactive” and will be disabled automatically. Therefore, it will be your responsibility to create a new account for any new orders.

Cookies – including audience measurement statistics and your Site visitation data – are not retained over 13 months starting from their collection.

After these time periods, including as applicable, starting from your deletion request, your Personal Data may be the subject of intermediary archival in order to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations (such as the obligation to retain invoices for 10 years, laid down in Article L. 123-22 of the Fench Code of Commerce) and/or, at the very least, during the applicable statute of limitation period (such as the common law statute of limitation period of 5 years under Article 2224 of the French Civil Code).

Who has access to your personal data?

We are responsible for processing Personal Data concerning you collected on the Site (data controller). It is intended exclusively for Enviro group and its subcontractors. In no case will Enviro Services France send your Personal Data to third parties, particularly for commercial and/or promotional purposes without your consent.

The Personal Data may be sent only to subcontractor companies that Enviro Services France uses in the context of and solely for the purpose of executing services and orders, including – in particular – management, execution, processing, and organisation of payments.

Marketing

We use a customer relations management (CRM) tool that queries our databases and all of the data stored in them, for all users of our Site and, in compliance with the disclosure permissions and preferences indicated by the user, particularly when creating an account. We also call upon service providers to help us communicate beyond our Site, to promote our advertisements (traffic acquisition, customer match) with new or existing customers.

Transfer and hosting of your personal data

The servers containing the data collected by Enviro Services France are hosted in Europe.

You are informed that the data concerning you may be transmitted by Enviro Services France for the purposes specified in our Policy to companies located in countries outside the European Union. Prior to any transfer outside the European Union, Enviro Services France will implement any procedure required by the regulations to ensure an adequate level of protection of the Personal Data, obtain the necessary guarantees to securing such transfers (specific clauses, data anonymisation) and to enable you to exercise your rights and have effective remedies.

WHY IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

Order management

The Personal Data concerning you is needed for managing orders placed on our Site, in compliance with our General Terms.

Such information may also be retained for evidentiary purposes concerning orders and transactions processed, in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (payment, warranty, disputes, etc.).

Customising our services

Your Personal Data also enables us to improve and customise the services we propose to you, particularly on our Site and the information that we present to you.

Enviro information and newsletters

Based on the selections you made when creating or updating your account, you may receive information about our new services, benefits, as well as offers electronically (email, sms, etc.). We measure the opening rate of our communications, in order to best adapt them to your needs.

If you do not make a selection and if you do not object when creating your account, you may receive information on Enviro Services France news and newsletters about products and/or services similar to those that you have already ordered or viewed on the Site.

If you do not want to receive offers and information from Enviro Services France, you can object to receiving them by selecting that when creating your account, or at any time by selecting that option under “My account” under the “Personal Info/Newsletter” section, or by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails.
